Many people ask me if there are some online sources for learning how to do resistance training. 

www.livestrong.com  is a great site.  There are easy and tough ideas for each body part.
www.sparkpeople.com  (notice no “s”  after spark.) also has videos too.

www.collagevideo.com is a catalogue that I absolutely love and have mentioned it before but it’s worth mentioning again.

Remember, one day of week of weight training..8-10 moves, 8-12 reps, and 2 sets  MAINTAINS muscle mass as you release (lose) weight.
